These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Business Related Products LLC dba ReviewLoop ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the goreviewloop.com website, the feedback portal at goreviewloop.com/requestfeedback, and our automated SaaS software platform. 1. Agreement to Terms & Age Restriction By accessing or using our Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Service. By registering an account or interacting with our platform, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Description of SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases ReviewLoop operates an automated SMS Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Message Service (MMS) notifications program designed for reputation management, localized customer feedback gathering, and business insights. Use Cases: When an account user triggers an automation sequence (such as marking a service or transaction complete), our program transmits automated text message alerts to end-user customer contacts directing them to our feedback portal at [goreviewloop.com/requestfeedback](https://goreviewloop.com/requestfeedback) or directly to external Google Business Profiles. Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user-configured workflows and the specific interactions of the customer contact. Typically, messages are limited to 1–3 transactional texts per triggered event. 3. Disclosures for Message and Data Rates Standard message and data rates may apply for any SMS/MMS messages sent or received through the ReviewLoop platform or as part of our automated workflows. These charges are billed directly by your mobile service carrier and are not collected or controlled by Business Related Products LLC. 4. Instructions to Opt-Out ("Text STOP") You or your end-users have the right to completely opt-out of receiving SMS communications from ReviewLoop at any time. To cancel or unsubscribe from mobile messages, simply reply STOP to any text message received from our system. You may also text STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT at any time. After doing so, a final confirmation text message will be sent to verify that you have been successfully removed from our system, and all automated transmissions will cease immediately. 5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and wireless infrastructure providers) are not liable for delayed, misrouted, or undelivered messages. Deliverability depends entirely on your service provider's network coverage and active account status. 6. Fees and Payment You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your selected subscription plan, plus applicable transactional carrier fees (such as A2P telephony pass-through fees). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider upon registration and on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. All billing cycles are non-refundable. 9. Prohibited Activities You may not use the platform for any illegal, deceptive, or spam-centric activities. This includes uploading purchased, cold, or scraped contact lists for SMS blasting, or utilizing the platform to transmit content that involves fraudulent claims, harassment, or explicit/restricted messaging categories prohibited by mobile network operations. 10. Limitation of Liability In no event will Business Related Products LLC, its members, or employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost data, arising from your use of the platform. 11. Governing Law These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
